摘要
抑郁症作为常见的一种心理疾病,目前全球患病人数高达3.5亿人,传统的治疗方法多为药物治疗或心理治疗。药物治疗方法虽然起效速度快,但是却具有维持时间短、有药物依赖性等缺点。心理治疗方法虽然其疗效能够维持较长时间,但是通常治疗周期过长,且疗效严重依赖临床心理治疗师的个人能力,具有不确定性。文章基于虚拟现实技术的高仿真性、高沉浸感和富交互性等特点,通过构建基于虚拟现实的抑郁症辅助治疗系统对患者分别进行认知行为治疗和人际心理治疗,并通过实验验证该系统在较短时间内显著缓解了患者的抑郁症状。
Depression is one of the most common types of mental illness,with the number of patients as high as 350 million worldwide.The main treatment methods include drug or psychological therapy.The drug treatment works speedily,but the effect only maintains for a short time and such therapy has some disadvantages such as drug dependence.Although the curative effect of psychotherapy lasts for a long time,the treatment cycle is usually too long,and the curative effect depends heavily on the personal ability of the clinical psychotherapist,which leads the curative effects uncertainly.Based on the high simulation,high immersion and rich interactivity of virtual reality technology,this paper constructs a virtual reality-based depression treatment system to treat patients with CBT and IPT respectively and experimentally verified that the system significantly relieved the patient’s depressive symptoms in a short period.
