摘要
随着学生体质的下降,身体素质严重下滑,学校体育课中强调加强体能练习,提高运动技能的同时要提高学生的身体素质,而瑜伽练习是在静态练习中通过不同的体式动作伸展肌肉,消除紧张,通过呼吸与冥想来按摩内脏,调节内分泌,放松神经缓解压力。在体能课中运用瑜伽练习体式是否能够培养学生的学习兴趣,从实质上提高学生的身体素质,是本课题研究的重点。
With the student physique,physical quality serious decline,emphasized in school physical education,strengthen physical exercise,improve motor skills at the same time to improve the students' physical quality,and yoga practice is in static exercise by the movements of the different postures stretch muscles,eliminate nervous,through breathing and meditation to massage the internal organs,regulate endocrine,relax nerves to relieve stress.In the class using yoga postures can cultivate the students' interest in learning,substantially improve the students' physical quality,is the key point of this topic research.
