摘要
目的研究脂肪肝患者个体化健康教育的应用价值。方法回顾性分析并纳入2016年1月—2017年4月68例脂肪肝患者,根据随机数字表分为两组,每组34例。对照组进行口头教育,个体组则进行个体化健康教育。比较疾病干预效果、疾病认知等。结果个体组脂肪肝治疗总有效率、疾病认知、服药认识、运动认知、饮食认知、焦虑情绪和生活质量均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化健康教育在脂肪肝患者护理中的应用可提升患者对疾病的认知和自我护理意识,缓解焦虑情绪,改善生活质量,提高治愈率。
Objective To study the value of individualized health education for fatty liver patients. Methods Retrospective analysis and inclusion of 68 patients with fatty liver from January 2016 to April 2017 were divided into two groups according to a random number table,34 cases in each group. Control group were given oral education,and individual group were given individualized health education. The effect of disease intervention,disease awareness were compared. Results The total effective rate of fatty liver treatment,disease cognition,medication cognition,exercise cognition,diet cognition,anxiety and quality of life in individual group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of individualized health education in the care of patients with fatty liver can improve patients' awareness of the disease and awareness of self-care,relieve anxiety,improve the quality of life,and improve the cure rate.
