摘要
目的探讨单纯性脂肪肝护理干预的效果。方法对98例单纯性脂肪肝患者进行护理干预。结果 98例单纯性脂肪肝患者干预后单纯性脂肪肝明显好转,大部分患者已经转为正常,中度和重度者明显减少(u=10.8619,P=0.0000)。98例单纯性脂肪肝患者坚持健康生活方式的例数明显增多(P<0.01),而戒掉烟酒等不良嗜好的例数明显增加(P<0.01)。干预后98例单纯性脂肪肝患者血脂、肝功能、超声等异常例数明显减少(P<0.01),腰围≥80 cm的患者例数较干预前明显减少(P<0.01)。干预后单纯性脂肪肝患者BMI明显降低(P<0.01),TG、TC、LDL-C水平明显较干预前降低(P<0.01),HDL-C水平较干预前有所升高(P<0.05)。结论对单纯性脂肪肝患者进行护理干预,可以明显改善单纯性脂肪肝患者不良的生活方式,培养其健康运动、健康饮食等有利于单纯性脂肪肝好转的良好习惯,减少血脂、肝功能、超声等异常的比例,改善患者血脂水平,改善单纯性脂肪肝患者的肝功能。
Objective To research the effect of nursing intervention of simple fatty liver. Methods A total of 98 pa- tients suffered from simple fatty liver received nursing intervention. Results Ninety-eight patients suffered from SFL significantly improved after intervention, and the majority of patients have been converted to normal, moderate and severe patients significantly reduced （u=10.8619,P=0.0000）. 98 patients with simple fatty liver sticking to a healthy way of life significantly increased（P 〈 0.01 ）, and giving up bad habits such as quit smoking and drinking significant- ly increased （P 〈 0.0! ）. After intervention, the number of 98 patients of simple fatty liver with abnormal blood lipid, liver function, and ultrasonic results decreased significantly（P 〈 0.01 ）, and patients with a waist size of 80 cm or more cases decreased significantly, compared with before intervention （P 〈 0.01 ）. simple fatty liver patients after interven- tion had significantly lower BMI（P 〈0.01 ）, and TG, TC, LDL - C levels of simple fatty liver patients after interven- tion were significantly lower compared with before（P 〈 0.01 ）, HDL-C level increased significantly compared with be- fore（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with simple fatty liver, can significantly improve bad way of life of patients with simple fatty liver, cultivate their healthy movement, and it is advantageous to the simple fatty liver to improve good habits such as having a healthy diet, and reduce the prevalence of abnormal blood lipid, liver function, ultrasound result. It can improve lipid levels, and improve liver function in patients with simple fatty liver.
