摘要
本试验旨在研究山黄粉(FLBS)和黄芪多糖(APS)配伍使用对产蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清抗氧化和生化指标的影响。试验选取43周龄产蛋率和体重相近的健康海兰褐蛋鸡432只,随机分成4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只鸡。对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮的基础上添加100 mg/kg FLBS+100 mg/kg APS (Ⅱ组)、100 mg/kg FLBS+200 mg/kg APS(Ⅲ组)、100 mg/kg FLBS+400 mg/kg APS(Ⅳ组)。预试期1周,正试期12周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组产蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质指标均无显著变化(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,Ⅲ和Ⅳ组试验第6和12周末的血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05);试验第12周末,Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,试验第6周末,Ⅱ组的血清尿酸(UA)含量显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅱ和Ⅲ组的血清总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05);试验第12周末,Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的血清UA和甘油三酯(TG)含量显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅱ和Ⅳ组的血清葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中FLBS和APS配伍使用可增强蛋鸡机体抗氧化能力,并在脂质代谢、肝肾功能上都具有一定程度的改善作用。本试验中,100 mg/kg FLBS+100或200 mg/kg APS组效果较好。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Flos lonicerae-Baikal skullcap (FLBS)and Astragalus polysacharin (APS) compatibility use on performance,egg quality,serum antioxidant and biochemical indexes of laying hens. Four hundred and thirty-two healthy Hy-Line Grey laying hens at 43 weeks old were randomly allotted into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 18 hens per replicate. Hens in the control group (group Ⅰ) were fed a basal diet,and the others in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg FLBS +100 mg/kg APS (group Ⅱ),100 mg/kg FLBS +200 mg/kg APS (groupⅢ) and 100 mg/kg FLBS+400 mg/kg APS (group Ⅳ). The adaptation period lasted for 1 week and the formal period lasted for 12 weeks. The results showed as follows: 1) compared with the control group,the indexes of performance and egg quality of laying hens had no significant changes (P > 0. 05). 2) Compared with the control group,the serum total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ at the 6 th and 12 th weekend of the experiment was significantly increased (P<0.05);at the 12 th weekend of the experiment,the serum malondialdehyde (M DA) content of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly decreased (P<0.05),the serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly increased (P < 0.05). 3)Compared with the control group,at the 6 th weekend of the experiment,the serum uric acid (UA) content of group Ⅱ was significantly increased (P<0.05),the serum total cholesterol (TC) content of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲwas significantly decreased (P<0.05);at the 12 th weekend of the experiment,the serum UA and triglyceride (TG) contents of groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly decreased (P<0.05),the serum glucose (GLU)content of groups Ⅱ and Ⅳ was significantly increased (P<0.05). In conclusion,dietary FLBS and APS compatibility use can increase the antioxidant ability of laying hens,also has a certain degree of improvement on lipid metabolism,liver and kidney function. In this experiment,the 100 mg/kg FLBS +100 or 200 mg/kg APS groups have better effects.
