摘要
针对高校大学生所具备的创新素养和创新能力普遍不能满足国家对创新型人才的需求这一现状,将班杜拉社会学习理论引入创新教育研究,从创新内在认知动力,创新行为示范作用及创新环境营造等方面给出指导,以拓展和改革传统的专业教育,提高大学生的创新能动性,激励大学生在创新学习中完善自我,锻炼实践能力,提高创新能力。
Nowadays, the innovation quality and ability for college students are difficult to meet the needs of the national innova-tive talent. By introducing Bandura's social learning theory, the article analyzes how innovation cognitive motivation, behavior dem-onstration effect and innovation environment take a role in innovation education. The study can promote the development and refor-mation of specialty education, and then it enhances the students' innovation initiative. In the process they develop themselves, ex-ercise practice ability and improve their innovation capability.
