摘要
主要阐述如何以科学发展观指导高等学校的信息工作,强调要坚持以人为本、加强能力建设,要推进制度创优、健全运行机制;横向上要把握全局、突出重点,纵向上要与时俱进、联系实际,以科学高效的信息工作为高等教育改革发展和学校事业的快速推进做好参谋助手和服务工作。
This paper begins with an elaboration about how to guide university information work from a perspective of scientific development.It is emphasized that university information work should be human-oriented and it is necessary to improve the work system,work in an all-round way while emphasizing key points,advance with times and apply theories to practice.Efficient university information work should promote the development of higher education and act as consultants and assistants.
