基于边界分析和线性回归的随机配电网重构判别方法 被引量:7

摘要 配电网重构是通过改变联络线开关和分段开关的状态来改变网络拓扑结构以达到降低系统网损、提高系统可靠性的目的。近些年,随着分布式电源接入配网侧,给配电网重构带来了一系列新的问题。在这不断变化的新环境中,运行部门往往会关心已有的网络是否需要重构。本文提出一种判别随机配网重构的方法,该方法基于边界分析,通过随机潮流模拟与最小二乘技术,从长期角度对网络进行评价,最终给出系统重构与否的判断方法。该方法成功地运用于IEEE 33节点配电网系统。 The aim of distribution system reconfiguration is to decrease the loss of distribution system by changing the topology of the system, which can improve the efficiency and the reliability of the network. In recent years, due to the loads varying from time to time and the distributed generation integrating into the distribution system, it has become more and more necessary to know which topology of the network is a good choice in long terms and when to reconfigure the network can achieve good performance. This paper proposed a test method to answer these questions which can evaluate the system and detect abnormal fluctuation in network loss. Based on the boundary analysis, this method gave a simple but very useful technique to evaluate the network loss in a long term. Abnormal gains model and regression model were used to describe the network situation. The availability of the proposed method is demonstrated using IEEE 33-bus radial distribution system.
