考虑地理分区边界优化的电网关键输电断面辨识 被引量:34

Identification of the Key Transmission Sections Considering Optimization of Geographical Partition Boundary for Power Grids

摘要 针对电力系统薄弱环节辨识的需要,提出了一种考虑地理分区边界优化的电网关键输电断面自动搜索方法。以电网地理分区为基础,对厂站所属分区的合理性进行检验、优化,得到电网的分区简化结构图。结合图论原理,使用分区简化图的邻接矩阵和路径矩阵及相应矩阵逻辑运算完成输电断面的自动快速搜索。依据输电断面的传输容量及安全裕度定义了断面重要度指标,并根据该指标排序筛选出系统的关键断面。利用新英格兰39节点系统及某实际电网的算例仿真搜索系统关键断面,验证了该方法的实用性和有效性。 Aiming at the need of weak link identification, a quick search method of the transmission sections considering the optimization of geographical partition boundary is presented. According to the definition of transmission section, based on the geographical partition of the power grid, the simplified partition structure map of gird can be obtained by applying the reasonableness test and optimization to the boundary stations' partition. Combined with the principle of graph theory, automatic quick search of the transmission sections can be completed using adjacency matrix and path matrix of the simplified graph of the partition structure as well as corresponding logical operations. The importance index of the transmission section is defined based on the transmission capacity and the safety margin of the section. According to the index, key sections of the grid can be sorted and filtered. Application of the proposed method to New England 39-bus standard system and a practical example of the actual grid demonstrates the practicality and validity of the method.
