Reliability Assessment of High-Medium Voltage Level Distribution Networks Based on Cooperative Analysis of Multi-Level Networks

摘要 针对现有配电网可靠性评估方法主要对不同电压等级配电网进行独立评估的问题,基于配电网多层次间故障协同处理过程,提出一种高中压配电网可靠性协同评估方法。首先,通过分析高中压配电网的结构与特点,划分适用于可靠性协同评估的高中压配电网三层次结构;并根据层次间的协调配合关系,建立高中压配电网可靠性协同评估模型。然后,针对高压配电网的典型接线模式以及中压配电网多联络结构,提出高中压配电网故障影响协同分析方法,分别构建高压配电网递进式故障影响分析模型以及中压配电网多联络故障恢复模型。最后,结合可靠性评估解析法,提出基于多层次协同分析的高中压配电网可靠性评估方法。通过算例分析验证了该方法的有效性。 Existing distribution system reliability assessment methods analyze the reliability of different voltage levels independently. Based on the coordination of multi-level network in dealing with failure, a cooperative assessment method to calculate the high-medium voltage distribution system reliability is presented. First of all, a three-level model of the distribution network applied in cooperative assessment is carried out through analyzing the structure and operating characteristics of the multi-level network. And the cooperative assessment model which can be used to evaluate the reliability of the multi-level network is constructed based on coordination between different levels. Secondly, according to the typical connection modes in the high voltage distribution system and the multi-linked structure in the medium voltage distribution network, a cooperative assessment method of high-medium voltage level distribution network failure effect, comprising the progressive failure effect analysis model for the high voltage distribution network and the fault restoration model for the multi- linked network, is constructed. Finally, combined with the analytical method, the process of reliability assessment based on cooperative analysis of multi-level network is proposed. Results of study case verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
