摘要
文章介绍了下偏杠铃游梁复合平衡抽油机的结构 ,从受力分析入手对其平衡机理、平衡扭矩、5种扭矩曲线形态及失载进行了分析。该机继承和保留了原常规抽油机的优点 ,具有结构简单、可靠、耐用、维护费用低等优点 ,尾部采用下偏杠铃游梁复合平衡装置 ,改善了整机的受力条件 ,延长了使用寿命。该机既可用于新机制造 ,又可对常规抽油机进行升级改造 。
Description on the structure of a compound balance beam pumping unit with downward beam balance weight is presented.Starting from the loading analysis,its balance mechanism,balance torque,5 torque curves and failure are also analyzed.The results show that besides all the advantages the conventional pumping unit has,such as simple,reliable and durable,and it has a longer working life because of the better loading condition by adopting the downward beam balance weight in the end.This energy saving technique can be used in both new unit manufacturing and conventional unit upgrading improvement.
