摘要
在游梁式抽油机的基础上，将摇杆改成变径天车轮，连杆改成柔性传动件，设计了变矩式曲柄连杆无游梁抽油机计算结果表明，这种无游梁抽油机动力性能明显优于游架式抽油机，具有良好的节能效果，且兼有游梁式抽油机结构简单、工作可靠、维护方便等优点。
A variable-moment crank-linkage pumping unit without walking beam is developed by substituting the rocker with variable-diameter crown pulley and the pitman with flexible transmission. The calculation shows that the dynamic performance of the new unit is obviously better than that of the beam pumping unit, resulting in a reduction in power demand.And it has still the advantages of beam pumping unit: simple structure, reliable operation and easy maintenance.
