摘要
现阶段经济发展要求农业实现规模化、产业化、集约化经营。现代农业建设需要农业企业的全面参与,但是,在带来机遇的同时,农业企业也面临着较高的与农户等其他主体协商成本以及融资难的挑战的问题,文章对此提出了应对措施。
