摘要
《食品加工》课程是高职高专轻工食品大类专业的一门实践性极强、与生产实践紧密联系的专业核心课程。随着中国—东盟自由贸易区和北部湾经济区的发展,食品加工人才被列为急需人才之一,传统的课程教学已不能满足经济发展对专业人才的需求。文章从课程定位、课程培养目标、课程设计、教学实施等方面探讨了服务广西特色农业的《食品加工》课程建设方案。
Food Processing course is a professional core course of light industry food in higher vocational colleges.With the development of China-ASEAN free trade area and Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,Food processing talents are listed as one of the talents in urgent need,traditional course teaching can no longer meet the needs of professional talents for economic development.The construction plan of food processing course for serving Guangxi characteristic agriculture is discussed from the aspects of course orientation,Curriculum objectives,curriculum design,and teaching implementation.
