摘要
教育生态学是研究教育均衡发展,教育生态要素协同提升的理论。高等美术教育是培养我国美术工作者的摇篮,其师资队伍建设是提升高等美术教育的关键。而在高等美术教育教学实践中,教师存在师德、专业知识、授课技巧等方面的缺失,师资队伍的素质有待提高。
The educational ecology is a theory that studies the balanced development of education and the coordinated improvement of ecological elements of education.The higher art education is the cradle to train our country’s art workers,and the faculty is the key to improve the higher art education.However,in the teaching practice of higher art education,teachers are short of ethics,professional knowledge and teaching skills etc.,so the quality of the the faculty needs to be improved.
