摘要
长江三峡区域旅游发展规划是由国家旅游局、国务院三峡办、国家发展改革委、国务院西部开发办、交通部、水利部等六部委共同领导 ,采取“国家组织、专家参与、地方配合、部门协调、中外合作”的规划编制方式编制的我国第一例跨省区的大区域旅游发展规划。该规划旨在通过推动三峡区域旅游的发展 ,实现促进区域社会经济可持续发展的目的。旅游交通作为区域旅游发展的物质载体 ,将对规划目标的实现起到重要的引导、支持和保障作用 ,文章运用现代区域规划方法 ,在对区域交通现状精确研判的基础上 ,根据区域旅游发展的要求 ,提出了长江三峡区域旅游交通的建设目标和规划方案 ,以实现旅游交通的区域拓展与整合 ,使之成为长江三峡区域旅游发展规划的有机组成部分。
The tourism development plan of the Three Gorges region is an important national planning project of China and it is the first multi province regional tourism plan in China’s planning history. Regional tourism transportation is the vital infrastructure that could ensure the healthy and efficient development of the regional tourism. This paper analyses the existing transportation condition of the Three Gorges region,and proposes the tourism transportation plan according to the developmental requirement of the region. The plan intends to integrate the regional transportation resources and make a strategic support to the regional tourism development.
