石墨烯和聚二甲基硅氧烷对Ti-Si有机膜性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Graphene and Polydimethylsiloxane on Properties of Ti-Si Organic Membranes

摘要 为进一步改善Ti-Si防腐蚀有机膜的疏水和耐腐蚀性能,以石墨烯和聚二甲基硅氧烷为填料,制备出含不同石墨烯和聚二甲基硅氧烷的Ti-Si有机膜。采用三维形貌仪、接触角测定仪、电化学工作站等仪器,研究了石墨烯、聚二甲基硅氧烷对Ti-Si有机膜的表面形貌、接触角和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:添加石墨烯对Ti-Si有机膜的成膜性和抗腐蚀性能产生不利影响,但对Ti-Si有机膜的疏水性有一定程度改善;复合加入石墨烯和聚二甲基硅氧烷时,制备的Ti-Si有机膜疏水性和抗腐蚀能力均有显著提高。 In order to enhance the hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance of common Ti-Si anticorrosive organic film,graphene and polydimethylsiloxane were added as fillers into organic membranes,and the Ti-Si organic membranes with different contents of graphene and polydimethylsiloxane were prepared.The surface morphology,contact angle and corrosion resistance of Ti-Si organic films with different graphene and polydimethylsiloxane contents were characterized by three-dimensional topography,contact angle measurement and electrochemical workstation.Results showed that adding graphene separately led to the adverse effects on film formation and corrosion resistance of Ti-Si organic films,but to some extent,the hydrophobicity of Ti-Si organic membranes was improved.However,when the graphene and polydimethylsiloxane were added together,the hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance of Ti-Si organic membranes were improved significantly.
