摘要
用硅烷偶联剂WD-60对环氧防腐涂料进行改性,制得了具有优异防腐功能的新型环氧涂料。研究了WD-60偶联剂对环氧防腐涂料附着力和耐盐雾腐蚀性能的影响,确定了WD-60偶联剂的最佳用量。结果表明当颜填料和有机溶剂经脱水处理,WD-60偶联剂的用量为1.0%时,可较大幅度地提高环氧涂料的附着力和耐盐雾腐蚀性能,此时环氧涂料的拉开法附着力为16.3 MPa,耐盐雾腐蚀达720 h。
A new type epoxy anti -corrosion coatings was prepared by modification with silane coupling agent WD - 60. The influence of WD - 60 coupling agents on adhesion and salt - spray property of epoxy an- ti - corrosive coating were investigated. And the best dosage of WD - 60 couple - agents were confirmed. It has shown that when the solvent, pigment and fillers was dehydrated and the dosage of WD -60 coupling agents was about 1.0% ,the adhesion and salt -spray property were improved, adhesion up to 16. 3 MPa and the salt - spray 720 h.
