摘要
从海绵城市建设的必要性入手,探讨解释海绵城市的含义及海绵城市体系的界定,并提出海绵城市的建设原则与建设流程,以及在海绵城市的建设过程中"渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排"的六字技术措施与实现途径,同时也讨论了海绵城市建设过程中可能出现的问题与难点。
This article attempts to explore and explain the definition of the sponge city and the demarcation of the sponges city system from the necessary of the construction of sponge city,proposes construction principles and construction processes to the sponge city,and also proposed six word technical measures such as'penetration,stagnation,storage,purify,usage,discharge' in the course of sponge city construction and realizing avenues.Meanwhile it discusses the problems and difficulties that may arise in the course of sponge city construction.
