摘要
从实际工程项目建设流程入手,探讨了工程项目造价控制方法,分别阐述了设计、招投标、工程实施及竣工阶段的造价控制要点及具体措施,指出造价控制应着眼于项目建设的各个阶段,各个环节,并采用科学合理的方法。
Starting from construction procedures of actual engineering project, the paper explores the engineering project cost control method, re- spectively describes the cost control points and specific measures at design phase, bidding phase, engineering impletion phase and completion phase, and points out cost control points, such as paying attention to each project construction phase and each step and applying scientific and ra- tional method.
