摘要
开展公安舆情学学科研究,应在认真总结公安舆情工作实践和借鉴有关理论的基础上,完成公安舆情学自身知识体系的系统构建,使之成为一门能够指导公安舆情工作实践,服务公安舆情工作人才培养等的独立学科。
The public security organs are the political and legal departments that carry the most pressure from public opinion and the urgent need from social practice, the new requirements put forward by the party and the people in the public security work in the new era are important factors to make the public security public opinion research and related work practices deeper and systematically and to make science of public opinion become an independent discipline. Study on public opinion under the law enforcement circumstances will be an inevitable requirement from building a professional working system. Based on the actual police working experiences and building on the theory of public relationships, we think that the knowledge hierarchy of public opinion in law enforcement field shall be enriched and perfected in order to be an independent science subject to guide the practical work and to train the related talents.
