湿地松对铜胁迫的生理耐性及富集特征 被引量:5

摘要 以湿地松幼苗为材料,于2016-2017进行盆栽试验,分析湿地松在铜胁迫下的生理响应及富集特征。结果表明:随着铜处理浓度的增加,过氧化物酶(POD)活性持续上升,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先升后降,过氧化物酶(CAT)变化与POD一致,丙二醛(MDA)含量上升。根是铜主要的吸收器官,各器官对铜的富集能力表现为根>茎>叶,随着铜处理浓度的增加,转运系数表现为先减后增,且在铜处理为20 mmol/L时达到最大值为0. 64。表明湿地松对低浓度的铜具有较强的富集特征,对高浓度的的铜富集能力较弱,湿地松对重金属铜有一定的耐性,但不是超富集重金属铜的树种。 The pot experiment was carried out in 2016 -2017 with the seedlings of Piuus elliottii. The physiological response and enrichment characteristics of Piuus elliottii under copper stress were analyzed. The results showed that with the increase of copper concentration, the activity of peroxidase (POD) continued to increase,the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased first and then decreased,and the change of peroxidase (CAT) was consistent with POD. The aldehyde (MDA) content increases. The root is the main absorption organ of copper. The enrichment ability of copper in each organ is root 〉 stem 〉 leaf. With the increase of copper concentration, the transport coefficient shows first decrease and then increase, and when the copper treatment is 20 mmol/L. The maximum value is 0.64. It indicated that Pinus elliottii has strong enrichment characteristics for low concentration copper, and weaker copper enrichment ability for high concentration. Slash pine has certain tol- erance to heavy metal copper,but it is not a species rich in heavy metal copper.
