摘要
采用溶液培养的方法,研究了铜对玉米生理特性的影响。结果表明:随着铜浓度的增加,其中叶绿素含量、光合强度、根系活力和CAT活性呈逐渐下降趋势;质膜透性、脯氨酸含量、MDA含量和SOD活性上升;POD活性表现为低浓度刺激效应和高浓度的抑制效应。
In this study, maize was used as experiment-material and the effect of copper on some physiological property of maize was studied by using solution culture. The result showed that with the concentration of copper increased, the content of chlorophyll, the intension of photosynthesis, root activity and CAT activity decreased gradually; the cell membrane permeability, content of proline and SOD activity increased significantly; POD activity was enhanced by low concentration copper and restrained by high concentration copper. Then effect of the same copper concentration on different index is different.
