摘要
为探讨毒死蜱(Chlorpyrifos)对褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens(Stl)的亚致死效应,本文采用稻茎浸渍法,分别以LC10和LC25浓度的毒死蜱胁迫褐飞虱3龄若虫,观察受胁迫后试虫发育历期、存活数、产卵量和雌虫寿命的变化情况,并组建经LC10、LC25浓度处理后F1代种群生命表,为褐飞虱的综合防治提供数据参考。结果表明:以毒死蜱LC10和LC25浓度分别处理褐飞虱3龄若虫,其F0代的孵化率与对照相比明显下降;处理组褐飞虱的种群相对适合度分别仅为0. 86和0. 74,表明亚致死浓度毒死蜱可有效抑制褐飞虱种群的增长;通过组建F1代生命表发现,亚致死浓度处理褐飞虱后,能够显著抑制孵化率。另外,处理后褐飞虱的存活率、羽化率、孵化率与对照组相比均有所降低,对褐飞虱的发育历期有轻度延长。根据研究结果推测,将毒死蜱用于防治水稻害虫时,毒死蜱不但对褐飞虱有致死作用,其亚致死浓度胁迫能进一步抑制下一代褐飞虱的种群增长。
Rice stem dipping method was used to investigate the sublethal effect of chlorpyrifos on Nilaparvata lugensus (St l).Third instar nymphs of N. lugensus were treated with the sublethal chlorpyrifos concentrations. The change in developmental duration, fecundity and female longevity was recorded and the time specific life table of F 1 generation population was established. The results showed that the hatching rate of the F 0 generation was significantly lower than that in control group. The relative fitness of N. lugens in the treatment group was only 0.86 and 0.74, indicating that the sublethal concentration of chlorpyrifos could effectively inhibit the growth of the population of N. lugens . The F 1 generation life table indicated that exposure to LC 10 and LC 25 could significantly inhibit the hatching rate of N. lugens . In addition, the survival rate, emergence rate and hatchability of N. lugens after treatments were lower than those of control group, and the developmental period of N. lugens was slightly prolonged. The results suggested that chlorpyrifos could not only kill N. lugens but also further inhibit the population growth of the next generations when using it to control rice pests.
