摘要
采用GC测定方法,对毒死蜱在广州和海口两地的豆角、辣椒及土壤中的残留动态进行了评价。两年的试验结果表明,毒死蜱在广州豆角中的半衰期为4.30d,在豆角土壤中的半衰期为6.02d,在辣椒中的半衰期为3.99d,在辣椒土壤中的半衰期为7.21d;毒死蜱在海口豆角中的半衰期为4.45d,在豆角土壤中的半衰期为6.34d,在辣椒中的半衰期为4.78d,在辣椒土壤中的半衰期为8.21d。毒死蜱在正常使用剂量下,有效成分在两地豆角、辣椒和土壤中的最终残留量均低于0.5mg/kg。
A field experiment was conducted and analyzed the residue dynamic of chlorpyrifos in carob, chili and soil was analyzed by GC in Guangzhou and Haikou. The results showed that the half-life of degradation for chlorpyrifos was 4.30 d in carob, 6.02 d in carob's soil, 3.99 d in chili, 7.21 d in chili's soil in Guangzhou. While the half-life of degradation in Haikou was 4.45 d in carob, 6.34 d in carob's soil, 4.78 d in chili, 8.21 d in chili's soil. The final residue of chlorpyrifos in carob, chili and soil was less than 0.5 mg/kg respectively under the common dosage.
