摘要
                
                    机制创新为深入推进信息技术与教育深度融合提供了基础支撑和根本保障。信息技术与教育深度融合包含有三重逻辑意蕴,构筑起"四维一体"的创新机制体系,即责权明晰与沟通顺畅相贯联的协同联动机制;多元参与与绩效评估相结合的经费投入机制;内在需求与外部驱动相契合的激励补偿机制;统筹规划与监督评价相统一的政策保障机制,以期为教育信息化发展提供有效的可持续发展机制保障,发挥教育信息化在教育改革和发展中的支撑与引领作用,从而带动我国的教育现代化发展。
                
                Mechanism innovation provides basic support and fundamental guarantee for the deep integration of information technology and education.This study explains the logic of three levels of integration of information technology and education,and on this basis,constructs the innovative mechanism system of"four-dimensional integration",that is,an unified and coordinated mechanism withclear responsibility and smooth communication;a funding mechanism combining multiple participation and performance evaluation;an incentive compensation mechanism with internal demand and external drive;a system guarantee mechanism with overall planning and monitoring evaluation.Through the establishment of the innovation system,it is expected to provide effective mechanism of sustainable development to guarantee the development of educational informatization,promote the supportive and leading role of education informatization in education reform and development and the development of education modernization in China。
