泡沫温拌再生沥青混合料性能试验研究 被引量:5

Experimental study on the performance of foamed warm mix recycled asphalt mixture

摘要 为了控制废旧沥青回收料(RAP)级配及沥青含量的变异性,保障泡沫温拌再生沥青混合料的性能,将RAP料"分档"处理,并研究了RAP掺量对泡沫温拌再生沥青混合料高温性能、劈裂强度及短期抗水损害能力的影响。结果表明:RAP"分档"处理有利于降低RAP级配及沥青含量的变异性;随着RAP掺量增加,泡沫温拌再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性和劈裂强度提高;当RAP掺量为30%~50%时,泡沫温拌再生沥青混合料的短期抗水损害能力高于热拌沥青混合料,随着RAP掺量的增加,泡沫温拌再生沥青混合料的冻融劈裂强度比(TSR)逐渐减小。 In order to control the variability of gradation and asphalt content of RAP, and guarantee the performance of foamed warm mix recycled asphalt mixture,we divide the RAP into sections with different sizes(divided files),and the influence of RAP on high temperature performance splitting strength and short-term water resistance capability of the foamed warm mix recycled asphalt mixture is also studied. The research results indicates that RAP treated with "divided files" is helpful to reduce the vari- ability of gradation and asphalt content,with the increase of RAP, the high temperature stability and splitting strength of the foamed warm mix recycled asphalt mixture are enhanced,when the RAP content is 30%-50%, the short-term water resistance of the foam warm mix recycled asphalt mixture is higher than that of the traditional hot mix asphalt mixture,with the increase of RAP,the TSR of the foam warm mix recycled asphalt mixture decreases.
