摘要 简述了泡沫沥青的发泡原理,提出了沥青发泡特性的评价指标和影响因素.采用德国Wirtgen公司生产的WLB10泡沫沥青实验机,对4种常用沥青进行了发泡试验.试验结果表明:沥青品种、发泡温度和发泡用水量是影响泡沫沥青发泡特性的主要因素;每种沥青的发泡效果与发泡温度(140℃以上)没有必然的联系,在150℃左右(国外一般认为在180℃左右)就能达到较好的发泡效果.按照一定的评价原则对4种沥青的发泡特性进行了比较,并确定了它们的最佳发泡条件,即发泡温度在150℃左右,用水量在1.5%左右.该条件的得出为拌制高质量的泡沫沥青混合料提供了一定的理论依据. The principle of bitumen foaming, the evaluation parameters and the factors influencing foaming characteristics are introduced in this paper. The laboratory tests of four kinds of popular bitumen were carried out on the WLB10 Wirtgen laboratory foaming machine. The test results indicate that the type of bitumen, foaming temperature and quantity of foaming water are main factors that influence the foaming characteristics of bitumen. Furthermore, the phenomenon that there is no certain relationship between foaming quality and bitumen temperature (above 140 ℃) is discovered, and at the foaming temperature of about 150 ℃ better foaming quality can be obtained. In terms of some evaluation criteria, the foaming characteristics of four kinds of bitumen are compared, and finally foaming temperature of about 150 ℃ and quantity of foaming water of about 1.5% are the best foaming conditions for the four types of bitumen, which may provide certain theoretical basis for mixing foamed bitumen mixture with high quality.
