摘要
《傅青主女科》认为带下病的发生与肝、脾二脏联系密切,肝不藏血则带下赤,脾不化湿则带下白,且二者常相互影响。在赤白带下病的治疗上坚持清肝热、燥脾湿的原则,白带下者治以完带汤,赤带下者治以清肝止淋汤,疗效显著。就肝脾之生理病理联系及赤白带下的病因、病机及辨证用药进行简要阐述。
《Fu Qingzhu Gynecology》thinks that the occurrence of the disease of morbid leukorrhea is closely related to liver and spleen,such as the liver does not hide blood,and the spleen is not wet,and the two are often influenced by each other.The principle in the treatment of leukorrhea and leukorrhea with bloody discharge is clear liver heat and dry spleen.The treatment of the leukorrhea was treated with Wandai Tang,and leukorrhea with bloody discharge was treated with Qinggan Zhilin Tang.This paper briefly describes the relation of physiology and pathology of liver and spleen,and the pathogenesis,dialectic and drug use of the disease of leukorrhea and leukorrhea with bloody discharge.
