摘要
目的了解医学生利用手机自主学习学习现状、态度。方法在某医学院两校区以医学专业学生为调查对象,采用自填式问卷调查1 198人。结果 (1)学生利用手机自主学习的时长比重集中在1%~29%;(2)涵盖内容具有多元化特点;(3)各分类APP中使用频率最高的是社交类(60.8%);(4)医学类APP使用频率最高的是丁香园(69.0%);(5)利用手机自主学习的最大优势是学习不受时间地点限制;最大不足是对视力危害大;最大障碍是网上优质资源收费。结论医学生手机自主学习利用率较高,内容多样,但与医学专业结合度有待提高;利用手机自主学习相比传统学习方式有显著优势,但也存在弊端。
Objective To understand the current situation and attitude of medical students in self-directed learning through the mobile phone.Methods 1198 medical students who studied in two colleges of a medical university were recruited to participate in the interview by self-administered questionnaire.Results(1)The time radio of students' self-directed learning by mobile phone is from 1%to 29%;(2)The content covered is characterized by diversity;(3)The social application(60.8%)is the most frequent in various applications;(4)The most frequently used APP is Dingxiangyuan(69%)in medical application;(5)The biggest advantage of learning visa mobile phone is to learn without being restricted by time and place;however,this learning method could damage their eyesight,which is the main disadvantage.The high-quality online resources require payment to use,which is the biggest obstacle.Conclusion Medical students have a high utilization rate of learning by smartphone;however,the use of the medical application is insufficient.It has significant advantages in comparison with traditional learning methods,but also some weak points.
