摘要
心电信号(ECG)在采集的过程中容易混入基线漂移、工频干扰、肌电干扰等主要噪声。为了彻底去除各种噪声、遏制平移敏感性现象并提高去噪信号平滑度,提出一种结合双树复小波变换和滑动平均滤波的心电信号去噪方法。采用了MIT-BIH Arrhythmia数据库中的数据对综合去噪算法进行仿真实验,并与其他去噪方法一一比对,结果表明,综合去噪算法在克服传统离散小波变换平移敏感性缺陷的同时,能有效去除心电信号中的基线漂移、高频噪声,在保留信号纹理、边界的基础上提高了平滑度指标R,证明了该算法拥有更好的去噪效果。
In the process of collecting ECG signal,which are easily confused with baseline drift,power line interference and electromyography interference. In order to eliminate all kinds of noises,suppress shift sensitivity and improve the smoothness of denoising signals,a new method that ECG signal denoising with combination of dual-tree complex wavelet transform and moving average filter is presented. The data in MIT-BIT Arrhythmia database are used to simulate the synthetic denoising algorithm and compare with other algorithms,the results show that the synthetic denoising algorithm can effectively remove the baseline drift and high frequency noise in the ECG signal,and improve the smoothness index R on the basis of retaining the texture and boundary of the signal. It proves that the algorithm has better denoising effect.
