摘要
牛蒡子苷元(ARC-G)是传统中药牛蒡子的有效活性成分,近年来,不断被学者证实其具有多种药理作用,如抗炎、免疫调节、抗病毒、抗肿瘤活性,以及对糖尿病肾病和部分神经退行性疾病也有一定的疗效。本文综述了近年来大量国内外的文献,对ARC-G的多种药理作用及作用机制做了系统的分析,重点阐述了ARC-G对肿瘤细胞的影响,为ARC-G的进一步研究与临床应用提供理论基础。
Arctigenin （ARC-G） is an effective active ingredient of traditional Chinese medicine Arctii Fructus. In recent years, it has been confirmed by scholars that it has a variety of pharmacological effects, such as anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, anti-virus, anti-tumor activity, and it also has a certain effect on diabetic nephropathy and some neurodegenerative diseases. This article reviews a large number of domestic and foreign literatures in recent years, systematically analyzes the various pharmacological effects and mechanisms of action of ARC-G, highlights the influence of ARC-G on tumor cells, provides a theoretical basis for the further studies and clinical application of ARC-G.
