高压氧对糖尿病足伴周围神经病变患者的疗效及对其相关血清指标和生活质量的影响 被引量:20

Effects of hyperbaric oxygen on the patients with diabetic foot complicated with peripheral neuropathy and its impacts on related serum markers and the patient life quality

摘要 目的探讨高压氧对糖尿病足伴周围神经病变患者的疗效及对其相关血清指标和生活质量的影响。方法选取无锡市中西医结合医院内分泌科收治的100例糖尿病足伴周围神经病变患者,根据治疗方式的不同,分为研究组及对照组2组(各50例),研究组采用高压氧联合常规治疗方式,对照组采用常规治疗方式,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率(94.0%)显著高于对照组患者(78.0%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗前2组患者的患肢神经传导速度及血管流速峰值比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而治疗后研究组患者的患肢神经传导速度及血管流速峰值的变化均较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗前2组患者的相关血清指标比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而治疗后研究组患者的相关血清指标的变化均较对照组明显改善(P〈0.05);治疗前2组患者的生活质量比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而治疗后研究组患者的生活质量变化均较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论高压氧治疗糖尿病足伴周围神经病变患者的疗效显著,不仅可改善患者的微循环,同时加快损伤神经的的恢复速度,最终提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the patients with diabetic foot complicated with peripheral neuropathy and its impacts on related serum markers and their life quality.Methods One hundred patients with diabetic foot complicated with peripheral neuropathy admitted in the Endocrinological Department of the Hospital were enrolled as study subjects, and in accordance with different treatment methods were divided into the study group and the control group, each consisting of 50 patients. The patients in the study group were given hyperbaric oxygen treatment as well as routine treatment, while the patients in the control group just received routine treatment. Then, therapeutic effects were compared between the patients of the 2 groups. Results After treatment, total efficacy rate of the study group (94.0%) was obviously higher than that of the control group (78.0%), with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in nerve conduction velocity as well as blood flow velocity of the affected limbs in the patients of the 2 groups(P〉0.05). However, following treatment, nerve conduction velocity and blood flow velocity of the affected limbs in the study group were considerably improved, as compared with those of the control group(P〈0.05). Before treatment, no marked differences could be seen in related serum datawhen comparisons were made between the 2 groups (P〉0.05). However, after treatment, related serum data of the study group all significantly improved, as compared with those of the control group(P〈0.05). Before treatment, no significant differences could be noted in life quality of the groups, however after treatment, the life quality of the study group obviously improved, as compared with that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion HBO could produce obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of diabetic foot complicated with peripheral neuropathy. It could not only improve microcirculation of the patients, but hasten recovery of damaged nerves and improve their life quality. For this reason, it is worth further clinical popularization
