摘要
目的探讨持续动脉灌注丹红注射液对糖尿病足患者下肢血流动力学的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2020年3月就诊于本院的糖尿病足患者168例(284足),按照随机数字表法分为实验组(n=84例,140足)和对照组(n=84例,144足)。对照组行常规治疗,在此基础上,实验组行持续动脉灌注丹红注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效、下肢血流动力学与不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为92.86%(78/84),高于对照组的79.376%(67/84),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后胫后动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉管径和血流量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论持续动脉灌注丹红注射液可增强糖尿病足患者的治疗效果,能够减轻临床症状,改善下肢血流动力学,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous arterial perfusion Danhong Injection on hemodynamics of lower limbs in patients with diabetic foot.Methods A total of 168 diabetic foot patients(284 feet)in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=84 cases,140 feet)and control group(n=84 cases,144 feet)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment.On this basis,the experimental group received continuous arterial perfusion of Danhong injection.The clinical efficacy,lower limb hemodynamics and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 92.86%(78/84),which was higher than 79.376%(67/84)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the experimental group treatment,the posterior tibial artery,popliteal artery,the diameter of dorsal foot artery and blood flow were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Continuous arterial perfusion of Danhong injection can enhance the therapeutic effect of diabetic foot patients,reduce clinical symptoms,improve lower extremity hemodynamics,and boost safety.
