摘要
目的探讨马来酸曲美布汀联合双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗糖尿病性腹泻的疗效。方法将100例糖尿病性腹泻患者随机分为2组。单药组患者给予双歧三联活菌胶囊,联合组患者则加用马来酸曲美布汀,比较2组患者治疗前后血糖控制情况、肠道菌群、肠道压力、容量感知与活性物质与总有效率。结果联合组患者治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后血糖(PBG)与糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)水平均低于单药组,双歧杆菌与乳酸杆菌菌群数量均高于单药组,肠杆菌、肠球菌与酵母菌菌群数量均低于单药组,直肠静息压与排便压均低于单药组,直肠容量初始感觉阈值、排便阈值、最大耐受阈值、血管活性肠肽与P物质水平均高于单药组,总有效率高于单药组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。2组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0. 05)。结论马来酸曲美布汀联合双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗糖尿病性腹泻安全有效。
Objective To investigate the effect of trimebutine maleate combined with bifid triple viable capsules on treatment of patients with diabetic diarrhea. Methods Totally 100 patients with diabetes diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the single drug group were given bifid triple viable capsules, and those in the combined group were treated with trimeine maleate and bifid triple viable capsules. Blood glucose control, intestinal flora, intestinal pressure, capacity perception and active substances and total efficiency before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, postprandial blood glucose （PBG） and glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c） levels in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the single drug group, the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacillus were significantly higher than those in the single drug group, the number of enterobacter, enterococcus and yeast were significantly lower than those in the single drug group, and the rectal resting pressure and defecation pressure were significantly lower than those in the single drug group. The initial sensory threshold, defecation threshold, maximum tolerance threshold, vasoactive intestinal peptide and substance P levels in the combined group were significantly higher than the single drug group, and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the single drug group （ P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Trimebutine maleate combined with bifid triple viable capsules is effective and safe in treating diabetic diarrhea.
