摘要
栖霞山铅锌矿充填站-20μm极细颗粒尾砂含量过高,尾砂最大沉降浓度由69%降至61. 98%,充填料浆制备输送浓度由72%降至64%左右,导致充填体强度大幅下降。为此,对充填系统进行优化,使得进入浓密过滤系统的全尾砂不产生溢流细泥而进入充填流程,减少了浓密机溢流细颗粒的含量,提高了充填料浆的级配,将充填料浆浓度提高至74%;并根据充填料浆的流变特性,将充填料浆输送管网管径由89 mm增加至100 mm,保证高浓度充填料浆的输送。充填料浆浓度从70%提高到74%,各龄期的充填体强度均提高20%左右,实现了矿山超细粒全尾砂充填,确保了充填质量。
High levels of -20 μm super-fine grained tailings of the filling station of Qixiashan Pb-Zn Mine lead the maximum sedimentation concentration decreased from 69% to 61.98%, the transport concentration of filling slurry decreased from 72% to about 64%, which caused the filling body strength decreases dramatically. The filling system is optimized, so that the unclassified tailings entering the dense filtration system do not produce the overflow fine mud and enter the filling process, the grading of filling slurry is improved, the concentration of filling slurry is increased to 74%. According to the rheological behavior of filling slurry, the diameter of transport pipe of filling slurry is increased from 89 mm to 100 mm, the safety transport of filling slurry is ensured. During the process of the concentration of filling slurry increased from 70% to 74%, the strength of filling body of each stage can be improved about 20%, the goal of super-fine grained unclassified tailings filling of the mine is realized, the filling quality is guaranteed.
