摘要
建立PCA-DEA二步法评价模型可以较好地对我国30个省(市、自治区)高职院校的办学绩效进行实证分析。研究发现,我国30个省高职院校整体效率呈现出东西高、中间低的分布状态,"高投入-低产出-低效率""高投入-高产出-低效率"状况较为普遍。为此,高职教育发展应高度重视教育办学绩效评价系统的建设,深化产教融合发展和体制机制改革,进一步加强高职内涵的建设。
By establishing a two-step evaluation model of PCA-DEA,we have conducted an empirical analysis of school-running performances among 30 provincial higher vocational colleges in China. Results show a higher overall efficiency in eastern and western part of China and lower efficiency in middle areas. "High Input-Low Output-Low Efficiency" and "High input-High Output-Low Efficiency" are often seen among them. As for the education of higher vocational colleges,the construction of a performance measurement system evaluating cost-effectiveness of running schools should be attached great importance to,the integration of production and education as well as the reform of system and mechanism are both expected to be deepened,and also the construction of the connotation of higher vocational education should be strengthened.
