摘要
我国专业学位硕士研究生考试的初试尚未形成与学术学位人才选拔相区别的标准,存在业务课考试科目设置依据与划分标准不统一、考核内容缺乏合理性、初试与复试功能定位不清晰等问题。研究建议:增设综合能力考试,重点考核考生潜在的职业胜任能力与学科培养能力;构建思想政治理论、外国语及综合能力考试有机结合的中国特色专业学位硕士研究生考试初试体系;依据分类框架,设置特定专业学位硕士研究生考试初试的业务课科目,发挥好专业学位硕士研究生考试初试"筛"与复试"选"的功能。
The national preliminary tests in the postgraduate entrance examination for professional degree candidates in China ignored the difference between selection of academic degree talents and that of professional degree candidates. The present test subject setting is based on various criterion and the test contests are overwhelmingly knowledge-oriented which cannot assess the competence of candidates. Besides, the respective role of the national preliminary test and the reexamination in the whole selection procedure is unclear. It is recommended that a comprehensive aptitude test to assess the potential professional competence of all candidates should be created. Together with the assessments on ideological and political theories and foreign languages, a comprehensive examination system with Chinese characteristics for assessing professional degree candidates could be established. Furthermore, according to the classification framework, certain subject tests could be set for selecting candidates of specific professional degrees. In that way, the national preliminary test could play the full role in "screening" and the reexamination could play the role in "choosing" separately.
