摘要
采用真空电弧熔炼炉制备了FeCrCoNiMnBx(x=0.00,0.01,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)高熵合金,并对其微观组织和力学性能进行测试。结果表明,未加入B元素时,合金组织为具有单一fcc结构的胞状晶。B含量x≥0.05时,组织由fcc结构和具有树枝状和纳米颗粒状的(Cr,Fe)_2B组成。随B含量的增加,合金的抗拉强度逐渐增加,硼含量x=0.20时,合金的抗拉强度达到最大值610 MPa,但延伸率只有7%。B含量x=0.10时,合金的综合力学性能最佳,抗拉强度为550 MPa,延伸率为20%。故加入适量的B元素能提高高熵合金综合力学性能。
High-entropy alloy FeCrCoNiMnB_x(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)was prepared by vacuum arc melting.The microstructure and mechanical properties of FeCrCoNiMnB_x high-entropy alloy were investigated.The results show that the alloy without B addition is composed of cellular crystal with simple fcc structure.When the B content x is more than 0.05,(Cr,Fe)_2B with dendritic and nano granular structures can be observed.With the increase of B content,the tensile strength of the alloy increases gradually.When the B content x is 0.20,the tensile strength of the alloy is 610 MPa,but the elongation is only 7%.Appropriate B addition can improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of high-entropy alloys.When the B content x is 0.10,the tensile strength is 550 MPa,and the elongation is 20%.
