摘要
加快推进奶业振兴,产业链生产率的健康快速增长成为关键因素之一。本文基于2011—2015年中国28个省份乳业发展的面板数据,运用两阶段Malmquist-Luenberger指数模型测算了各省份乳业供应链、上游奶牛养殖阶段和下游乳制品加工阶段的全要素生产率(TFP),并实证分析影响中国乳业供应链TFP变化的主要因素。研究结果表明,环境约束下中国乳业供应链、奶牛养殖阶段和乳制品加工阶段的TFP分别以5. 36%、9. 50%和3. 40%的速度年均增长,且技术进步是其增长的动力源泉;六大区域及各省份TFP变化趋势不同且差距显著;乳制品企业规模和盈利能力对乳业供应链TFP提升具有显著的正向影响、奶牛养殖规模和地区生产结构则表现出显著负影响、而环境规制则没有显著影响。
In order to accelerate the promotion of dairy industry,the healthy and rapid growth of productivity in the whole industrial chain has become one of the key factors. Using the panel data set of 28 Chinese provinces for the period 2011-2015,this study applies two-stage Malmquist-Luenberger index model to estimate the total factor productivity( TFP) of dairy industry supply chain,dairy farming stage and dairy processing stage under the environment constraints. Moreover,the main driving factors that affect the TFP are also investigated. The research results show that,under the environment constraints,the TFP of China's dairy industry supply chain,dairy farming stage and dairy processing stage increase at an annual average rate of 5.36%,9.50 % and 3.40 % respectively,and technological progress is the source of the growth. The development trend of the TFP among regions and provinces differs significantly. In addition,the scale and profitability of dairy enterprises have a significant positive effect on the TFP,while the scale of dairy farming and regional production structure have a significant negative effect and the environmental regulation has little effect on TFP.
