摘要
在近代中国贫弱的年代里,张謇不满"女子无才便是德"的陈腐观念,毅然兴办女子教育,使地方女子不困于无学之苦。张謇注重女子精神品格的陶熔,就是将学知识、学技能与女子自身的精神面貌、生存状态、品行修为融为一体,并扩大到家国和社会,有改变女子生存样貌和社会风气的意图。然而张謇毕竟是近代中国新旧递嬗时代的人物,他的女子教育思想和主张,不免带有旧时代的痕迹,没有超脱传统阃范的范畴,更没有达到女权的高度,但他的思想和实践符合当时中国社会前进的方向,具有重要历史价值。
In the era of poverty and weakness in Modern China, Zhang Jian was dissatisfied with the stereotype that women＇ s lack of talent is virtue and resolutely set up women＇ s education so that local women did not suffer from lack of education. Zhang Jian paid attention to the melting of women＇ s spiritual character. That is, to integrate learning knowledge and skills with women＇ s own spiritual outlook, living conditions and conduct, and expand it to the country and society. It also had the intention of changing the living appearance and social atmosphere of women. However, Zhang Jian was a man of the era of transformation of the old and new in modern China. His ideas and propositions on women＇ s education inevitably bore the traces of the old times. He did not break away from the traditional code of conduct for women and did not reach the height of women＇ s rights.
