摘要
介绍了粒径范围为0.500~3.000μm超细球形银粉的气流分级过程,通过改变分级轮转动频率模拟多级分级条件,获得了3段粒径范围的球形银粉。气流分级解聚得到分级产物的粒径分布变窄,中间段粒径球形银粉粒径为1.000~1.500μm,分级得到的中间段银粉经过调制太阳能正面银浆验证,其光电转化效率得到显著改善。
The airflow classification process of ultrafine spherical silver powder with particle size of 0.500-3.000μm was introduced. Spherical silver powder with three sections of particle sizes was obtained by changing the rotating frequency of the grading wheel to simulate multi-stage grading conditions. Results show that the particle size distribution of the graded product becomes narrow,and the particle size of the spherical silver powder in the middle section is 1.000-1.500 μm. The PV conversion efficiency of solar paste fabricated with middle section silver powder is significantly improved.
