摘要
阮士怡教授认为,冠心病虽病位在心,但以痰、瘀、热结聚于脉道管壁为病机关键。因此,在中医理论的基础上,结合现代医学研究提出了"脉中积"的概念。认为血中痰、瘀沉积为发病的始动环节,正气不足为病变的内在因素,并将其病程分为痰浊积聚、瘀阻脉络、热毒蕴结三个阶段,治疗上以软坚散结法为基础,针对病程的不同阶段分别以化痰散结、逐瘀散结、清热散结之法,消散脉中积聚,稳定粥样斑块。
Professor RUAN Shiyi holds that although the location of coronary heart disease（ CHD） is at heart,the key pathogenesis of CHD is intermingled phlegm,blood,and heat. Based on traditional Chinese medicine theory,he proposed the conception of ＂stasis in vessel＂,which regarded the intermingled phlegm and blood stagnate as the onset factor of CHD and deficiency of health qi as the internal factor of lesions,and divided the disease progress into3 parts： phlegm accumulation,stasis and obstruction of vessel and collateral and heat-toxin amassment. With basic treatment of softening hardness and dispersing mass,Prof. RUAN treated CHD with methods such as dissipating phlegm and resolving masses,eliminating blood stasis and resolving mass and clearing heat and resolving static blood according to different stages of disease to dissipate the stasis in vessel and to keep the stable condition of atheromatous plaque.
