Experimental Study on Cu/HZSM-5 Catalyst for SCR Denitration at Low Temperature

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了不同Cu负载量的系列Cu/HZSM-5脱硝催化剂,通过XRD、H2-TPR、NH3-TPD、in situ DRIFTS等多种表征手段对催化剂进行了表征,并对其低温NH3-SCR脱硝性能进行测试。结果表明,Cu/HZSM-5催化剂在中低温均展现出较好脱硝效率,Cu负载量为20%的Cu/HZSM-5中低温脱硝效果最佳,288℃达到最大为96.89%,200~400℃温度范围脱硝效率均在80%以上。Cu物种高度分散在载体表面,未改变HZSM-5晶体结构。Cu/HZSM-520%催化剂具备丰富酸性位、优异的氧化还原性能,在NH3-SCR反应过程中只存在E-R机理,L酸性位在低温脱硝反应中发挥重要作用。 A series of Cu/HZSM-5 catalysts with different Cu content were prepared by impregnation method. X-ray diffraction (XRD), H2-temperature programmed reduction (H2-TPR), NH3-temperature programmed desorption (NH3-TPD) and in situ diffuse reflectance fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(DRIFTS) were used to characterized the catalyst, the performance of low-temperature NH3-SCR deNOx activity was also investigated. The results show that Cu/HZSM-5 has better denitrification efficiency at low and medium temperature, the sample with 20% Cu on the HZSM-5 exhibit the most superior NO reduction performance, 288℃ reaches the maximum of 96.89% and the efficiency more than 80% at the range of 200-400 ℃. Cu species are highly dispersed on the surface of carrier and the crystal structure of HZSM-5 has not been changed. The Cu/HZSM-5 20% catalyst has rich acid sites, excellent redox performance and only E-R mechanism existed during the NH3-SCR reaction process, Lewis acid sites plays an important role in the low-temperature denitrification reaction.
