摘要
目的统计血站2016—2017年无偿献血者血液标本集中化送检核酸检测的数据,分析并评价现阶段核酸检测用于献血者血液筛查的重要性。方法对酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测结果阴性及丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)检测合格的献血者标本,送往山西省血液中心,采用国产核酸筛查系统ChiTaS BSS 1200进行8人份为1个Pooling的模式进行检测,混样检测阳性的进行拆分,按标准判定结果,对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 (1)集中化送检检测期间对48 146份无偿献血者核酸标本进行筛查,检出乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)-DNA阳性标本13例,未检出丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)-RNA和人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)-RNA阳性样本。(2) 2016年HBV-DNA阳性核酸扩增技术(NAT)检出率为0.021%(P<0.05);2017年HBV-DNA阳性NAT检出率为0.033%(P<0.05)。结论集中化血液核酸筛查的实施有效防止了病毒经血液传播,进一步保障了临床用血的质量和安全。
Objective To check the date of nucleic acid detection of the blood samples of blood donors collected by the authors blood station from Jaunary 2016 to December 2017, analyze and evaluate the importance of nucleic acid detection in blood screening for blood donors at this stage. Methods Blood samples of blood donors were sent to Shanxi blood center by enzyme linked immunosorbent test negative and transaminase detection, use of domestic nucleic acid screening system ChiTaS BSS 1200 test 8 people for a pooling model, separation of positive mixed samples, according to the results of standard judgement, the results of the test were statistically analyzed. Results ① During the centralized examination, 48 146 cases of free blood donors were screened, 13 cases of HBV-DNA positive specimens were detected, and no positive specimens of HCV-RNA and HIV-RNA were detected. ② In 2016, the positive detection rate of HBV- DNA in the blood station was 0.021%(P〈0.05); In 2017, the positive detection rate of HBV-DNA in the blood station was 0.033% (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of centralized blood nucleic acid screening effectively prevents the virus fi'om spreading through blood, and fhrther guarantees the quality- and safety of clinical blood.
