摘要
目的:探究通窍化瘀利水汤联合针刺改善脑积水患者神经功能及生活质量效果。方法:选取我院2016年2月~2018年4月收治的92例脑积水患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者(46例)给予常规护理干预,同时给予患者针刺干预,观察组患者(46例)在对照组干预基础上给予通窍化瘀利水汤干预,对比两组患者脑积水改善情况、并发症情况以及干预前后患者神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、生活质量评分(SF-36)、患者满意度。结果:观察组患者临床有效率(97. 83%)高于对照组(84. 78%)(P <0. 05);观察组患者并发症率(0. 00%)低于对照组(8. 70%)(P <0. 05);干预前两组患者NIHSS及SF-36量表评分相近(p> 0. 05),干预后各组患者NIHSS及SF-36量表评分均改善,观察组改善优于对照组(P <0. 01);观察组患者满意率(95. 65%)高于对照组(82. 61%),,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:通窍化瘀利水汤联合针刺干预可较好改善脑积水患者脑积水情况,改善患者神经功能,降低患者并发症发生率,患者生活质量改善,满意率提升,值得临床推广以及应用。
Objective： To explore the effect of Tongqiao Huayu Decoction combined with acupuncture on improving nerve function and quality of life in patients with hydrocephalus. Methods： Selection in our hospital in February 2016 to April 2018 of 92 patients with hydrocephalus admitted as the research object,took the random number table method divided into observation group and controlled group,the controlled group patients（ 46 cases） were given routine nursing intervention,while giving patients acupuncture intervention,the observation group of patients（ 46 cases） in the control group intervention on the basis of given：Tongqiao Huayu Decoction,compared the two groups of patients with hydrocephalus patients before and after improvement,complications and intervention nerve function defect score（ NIHSS） scores,the quality of life scale（ SF-36）,patient satisfaction.Results： The clinical efficiency（ 97. 83%） of the observation group was higher than that of the controlled group（ 84. 78%）,P〈0. 05. The complication rate（ 0. 00%） of the observation group was lower than that of the controlled group（ 8. 70%）,P〈0. 05.The scores of NIHSS and sf-36 scales were similar in the two groups before the intervention,P〈0. 05. After the intervention,the scores of NIHSS and SF-36 scales were improved in all groups. The improvement of the observation group was better than that of the controlled group,P〈0. 01. The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group（ 95. 65%） was higher than that of the controlled group（ 82. 61%）,P〈0. 05,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The combined acupuncture of Tongqiao Huayu Decoction combined with acupuncture can improve the hydrocephalus in patients with hydrocephalus,improve the neurological function of the patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life,and improve the satisfaction rate. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
