摘要
将云计算思想应用到地震灾害应急管理领域中,可以实现分散在多领域、多地区和多部门的应急资源随时随需调度,解决传统地震灾害应急资源获取及分配问题。基于对应急云中多源异构地震灾害应急资源类型的分析,借助双目标线性规划思想,建立基于应急云的面向地震灾害应急救援任务需求的任务-资源匹配模型,并为其设计算法流程,强调引入调节系数在平衡两个目标函数过程中的重要性。数值试验结果验证了该模型的可行性与有效性,研究结果为提高地震应急救援效率提供参考借鉴。
With cloud computing applying to the field of emergency management of earthquake disaster, emergency resources from multi-field, multi-region and multi-sector can be used to dispatch at any time, it solved the traditional problems of resource acquisition and allocation in earthquake disaster. Based on the analysis of multi-source heterogeneous emergency resource in emergent cloud, with the help of double objective linear programming ideas, this paper establishes a task-resource matching model based on emergency cloud to meet the needs of earthquake disaster emergency rescue mission, and designs the algorithm flow for it, the importance of introducing adjustment coefficients in the process of balancing the two objective functions is emphasized. A case study is proposed to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and solution algorithm, the research results will provide reference for improving the efficiency of earthquake rescue.
