摘要
采用应力松弛法研究了含Ti模具钢和不含Ti模具钢的应力松弛过程特征,对其应力松弛过程特征曲线和析出相显微形貌进行了分析。结果表明:随着温度和变形量增大,模具钢的流变应力降低,真应力-真应变曲线趋于平缓。应力松弛过程温度越高,松弛极限越低,含Ti钢的应力平台更明显,增加变形量可提高应力松弛速率。含Ti钢的析出量-温度-时间曲线(PTT曲线)于900~975℃为"C"型,鼻点温度在930℃左右;当变形量为15%时,析出开始与结束时间较30%变形量滞后。析出相主要沿晶界和位错附近析出,增大变形量有利于析出相析出。
The characteristics of stress relaxation process of die steel with and without Ti were studied by stress relaxation method, and the characteristic curves of stress relaxation process and micromorphology of precipitated phase of the steels were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of temperature and deformation, the flow stress of the die steels decreases, and the true stress-true strain curves tend to be smooth. The higher the temperature of stress relaxation process is, the lower the relaxation limit is. The stress platform of the steel with Ti is more obvious, and increasing the deformation can increase the stress relaxation rate. The precipitation amount-temperature-time curve(PTT curve) of the steel with Ti shows "C" type at 900 ℃-975 ℃, and the nose point temperature is about 930 ℃. The precipitation start and end time of the steel with deformation of 15% is slower than that of the steel with deformation of 30%. The precipitated phase is mainly precipitated along the grain boundary and dislocation, and the increase of deformation is favorable to the precipitation of precipitated phase.
