摘要
阐述获取预应力钢材低松弛性能的途径及其影响因素,并探讨其机理。研究预应力钢材抗松弛性能与其稳定化处理工艺参数及与其它力学性能之间的关系。结果表明,低松弛预应力钢丝不能再经纯回火、纯矫直或矫直+回火处理,否则,其原有的抗应力松弛性能会被严重恶化;PC钢棒的抗应力松弛性能主要取决于最终产品的金相组织,与其所用原料的钢种与牌号关系不大;微合金化是预应力混凝土用冷拉(轧)钢产品、预应力混凝土用粗规格热轧棒材等获取较好抗应力松弛性能的有效途径。
To expound the approach to get low relaxation property of prestress steel products and its effect factors, and the mechanism is discussed. The relationships between the anti-relaxation property of prestress steel products and the process parameters of stabilization treatment and other mechanical properties are researched. The results show that the low relaxation PC steel wire can not be tempered or be straightened or be straightened and tempered again, otherwise, the original anti-stress-relaxation property will be deteriorated gravely; the anti-stress-relaxation property of PC steel bar mainly depend on the metallographic microstructure of final products and it has less relative to the steel variety and trademark of raw materials; microalloying is an efficiency approach to get better anti-stress-relaxation property for PC cold drawn or rolled steel products and PC thick hot rolled steel bar.
