摘要
笔者分析了公立医院面临的新形势,以及公立医院设备采购存在的主要问题,并以中山大学附属肿瘤医院为例,探讨新形势下公立医院大型设备采购的管理创新,从规范工作流程、工作精细化和优化谈判工作三方面提出具体的对策建议。
The paper analyzes the new situation of public hospitals and the main problems of equipment proem＇ement of public hospital. Based on the case of Sun Yat - sen University- Cancer Center, by discussing the management innovation of large equipment procurement of public hospitals under the new situation, some concrete suggestions are given fi＇om three as- pects： process normalization, refined management, and negotiation optimization.
